“ I am a Brazilian visual artist and weaver that lives part of the year in Rosslare Strand, Ireland and another part of the year in São Paulo, Brazil. I graduated in Graphic Design – Visual Communication in 2009 and since then I have been exploring my work through different media. My time living in Rosslare has been crucial for the development of my thoughts and ideas. Ireland gives me mental and physical space for the nourishment of my creative self. In May 2018 I finished a 2 year course in Arts, Crafts and Design in Grennan Mill Craft School in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny where I was introduced to different types of traditional crafts. It was there that I had my first contact with weaving and I have since completely fallen in love with it. I have a home studio set up in Rosslare where I produce a constantly evolving variety of woven work as well as drawings, paintings and other creative things.”
